By using Safahat Store, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Orders are confirmed upon receiving complete details.

Delivery

We deliver to all governorates in Oman. The delivery fee is paid to the courier or delivery office on receipt and is not added to the order total. Expected delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return products within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
